Latest Update — Last verified: 5 November 2026
BISP has advertised 197 regular posts for Balochistan domicile holders under the federal Balochistan Employment Initiative. The 15 National Job Portal listings, posted on 29 October 2026 under advert number PID(I)3947/26, add up to 197 vacancies: 189 in BISP’s Balochistan region field offices and tehsils, and 8 at BISP Headquarters Islamabad. All 197 posts — including the Islamabad HQ posts — require a Balochistan domicile.
The largest share is 106 assistant posts at BPS-15 for graduates, followed by 31 naib qasid, 30 chowkidar and 25 driver posts, so candidates from primary pass to graduation level all have openings. Other posts in the listings include assistant registry, monitoring and evaluation, complaint, admin and accounts, legal, sweeper and related support roles across BPS-01 to BPS-15.
Applications are online only through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk, and registration and application on NJP are free — no fee is charged. The NJP listings show 12 November 2026 as the closing date; apply well before that day, and confirm the date on your own listing before submitting, as one secondary summary counts 15 days from publication as 13 November. Once a vacancy closes on NJP, it does not accept late applications unless the employer reopens it.
