The NSER Dynamic Survey is the survey BISP uses to decide who qualifies for Benazir Kafaalat. If your 8171 reply says a survey is required, or your household was never surveyed, you must visit a BISP Tehsil Office in person. There is no online NSER registration: the 8171 portal only checks status. Take your original CNIC, the B-Forms of all children, a recent electricity or gas bill, and a mobile number registered on your own CNIC. Update your CNIC at NADRA first if your marital status, widowhood or disability has changed, because the survey records what NADRA holds.
